The Eviction Process

What to Expect & How Long Does it Take?
Almost every eviction cases begin with a presuit notice. Different cases may require different types of notices with different amounts of waiting time. If the time limit expires and the tenant remains noncompliant, then the legal case is filed. The speed of the Court system varies week by week, Judge by Judge, and County by County. In general, it takes an average of 30 days from Case Initiation to Final Judgment.
